Our Story
Since 2019, our founder, Dr. Anjali Apte, DPT and her team of dedicated professionals, have been treating patients with integrity, devotion, and compassion. She has devised a comprehensive program including highly targeted manual therapy techniques, foundational yoga principles and result-based treatment plans to treat any condition and prevent any future injuries.

Joint Mobilization
We use specific hands-on techniques at a particular joint in a direction matching the biomechanics to modulate pain and improve mobility in order to maximize your pain-free range of motion.
Neuromuscular Re-education
We rectify faulty movement patterns by inhibiting improper/excessive muscle contractions and facilitating the right ones. We teach you the importance of balancing STABILITY and MOBILITY with movement. We emphasize correct form and motor recruitment using hands-on guidance.
Core Stabilization
We highlight the importance of strong core stability with any and all movements in order to avoid undue stress or strain on the body. We ensure that core activation is implemented in our functional training.
Advanced Manual Therapy
We use techniques such as myofascial release, neural mobilization, visceral mobilization and craniosacral therapy in order to target specific structures and address the ROOT cause that may be contributing to the underlying dysfunction.
Strength & Conditioning
We include highly individualized therapeutic exercises and cardiovascular endurance training to address identified weaknesses, rebuild tolerance to activities, and achieve your strength goals.
Functional Training
We help you apply the skills learned through neuromuscular retraining and therapeutic exercise by working on physical tasks required from your job, household chores and daily activities, paying special attention to form and technique.
